Efter mycket lusläsning av mönsterbeskrivning, oändligt tålamod, en och annan tappad maska samt en tjurig getabocks envishet är jag klar! Och det blev ju faktiskt en kofta till slut. Och jag är den stolta (odrägligt malliga) koftmodern! Går och klämmer och känner på mitt premiärplagg (no more dress-knit-virginity) mest hela tiden.

Mette: Thank you for cardigan-compliments :-) The pattern is taken from an old knitbook, "Stickat för små och stora", ICA-förlaget 1973. I found the book at a flea-market ages ago... I didn´t follow the pattern-instructions stricktly, I guess I´ve given a personal touch to a very good basepattern; different yarn/ colour, buttons, and to have the "purlside" out.
The pattern is in Swedish (...), but you are Danish, right?, a language kind of close to mine. If you´d like I´ll send you a copy of it. Mail me your address, and I´ll snail-mail it to you!
That´s so sweet of you. I think the trick is to have the purl side out. Drops has a similar pattern, so I´ll give it a try eventually with that one. It´s located here:
